Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for nonIT positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback from interviewers, and facilitate the hiring decisionmaking process.
  • Negotiate offers, extend job offers, and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their staffing needs and providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in nonIT recruitment, incorporating relevant insights into recruitment strategies and processes.

Pay:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
