We are a WFO setup and an alternate Saturday Working Tribe**Log 9 Materials is using its core competence in Graphene nanotechnology to develop advanced energy storage technologies from electrode materials, cell to pack level. Our Rapid Charging Battery packs (Read more) solve the challenges in adoption for the 2W and 3W electric vehicle platforms while our Aluminium Fuel Cell technology (Read more) is targeted towards the electrification of long haul, heavier vehicles.
Electrification of vehicles specially for commercial use ranging from 2W, 3W to LCVs to HCVs will not only have a significant positive impact on the environment, but it will lead to huge cost savings as well. However, different vehicle platforms have unique requirements and hence there cannot be a onetype fit all battery technology.
In this endeavour, we are building a team of Engineers and Technocrats to make India energy Independent.

Designation Manager (Debt Financing)

What would you be doing?

Assist with the debt fundraising planning process for Log9 & own the overall strategy and goals for the fundraising / finance team
Work closely with the Head of Finance and Founders office to identify effective shortterm & longterm strategies to achieve the fundraising targets
Own fundraising targets across multiple channels including PSUs & Private Sector Banks.
Build systems, processes, and capabilities needed to raise funds and bring support in order to enable all our programs to deliver and scale their impact
Fund raising, Investment pitch and Debt Raising
Short term liquidity and long term cash flow management
Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks NBFCs
Managing end to end lender reporting and covenant compliance
Working experience of dealing in Term Loans, NCDs, Securitisation
Advanced Financial modelling
Review and commercial analysis of debt proposals
Handling all lender concerns on active loans
Responsible for all content, queries, meetings and post meeting company material for Debt Raising
Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, CEO and Leadership Team.
Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
Select and engage consultants, auditors and investors.
Serve as a key member of leadership team and be a key driver the key initiatives to help organization its strategic goals.

MBA / CA / CFA with 3-5 years' experience in raising debt / funding.

Strong understanding of rating models, experience in cash flow modelling, in creating legal documentation, negotiating legal documentation with counterparties for complex and structured transactions
Strong understanding of law, tax, regulation pertinent to financial products
Good experience in engaging with issuers, clients, financial partners, other investors etc. in selling new products+ transaction negotiation
Strong deal experience and firstprinciples thinking.
Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills
Be ambitious and passionate as we are and ability to work effectively under pressure.
