As a _
speech therapist at THERAKids_, you will play a vital role in working with children who have difficulties in speech, language, and communication.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic care to children experiencing developmental, learning, or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

As a speech therapist, your role encompasses both speech therapy and special education responsibilities.

Your primary objective is to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Your responsibilities include:

Assessment and Evaluation
Treatment Planning
Collaborative Approach
Parent/Caregiver Education
Documentation and Progress Tracking
Ethical and Legal Considerations

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from a recognized institution.
Valid certification from RCI.
Strong knowledge and expertise in speechlanguage pathology, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies.
Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is essential.
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with children with speech, language, and communication disorders is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems is advantageous.
