Position description:
ATM - Officer - ATM Channel

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily Initial checking /knock off of ATM activities like CBR, Base Host file and daily follow ups with ATM Balancing team under the supervision of Bank Staff.
Passing the Initial checking/knock off and dispute resolution related entries under the supervision of Bank staff.
Provide the recovery details and tracking these recoveries till recovered.
Follow up with E-Surveillance vendor for 5% CCTV footages storage.
Suspense account monitoring.
Filing of all the records and generating the BA / BJR reports.
