Aspire Consultancy is looking for Tele Caller who is ready to promote company products to customers over a call.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Using the data to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence
- Converting leads into customers
- Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reaction from leads
- Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy and effective
- Contact customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Requirements:
- Preferably Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Should know to speak minimum 3 Indian languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of computer and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Freshers who are keen to do Tele sales can also apply
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
