Job description
- Incumbent will be responsible for overall administrative management.
- Taking care of all Electro-Mechanical equipment and their PPM, UPS, DG, Lighting system, Power shutdown, FAS, CCTV, Access control, EPBAX etc
- Independently managing site administrative activities involving facilities housekeeping, safety, etc
- Responsible for handling overall the workplace and repair maintenance of the office equipment.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly Monthly report and various MIS
- Day to day interface with Suppliers, Contractors, Operations & Maintenance Personnel for undertaking routine and adhoc activities
- Managing all AMC for critical equipment on time and make sure that the equipment is serviced as per the AMC terms periodically.
- Power Saving approach, sound knowledge of ISO/EMS/compliance/client audit will be added advantage
- Having in hand experience in office facilities management
- Technical experience on electrical systems
- Education: ( Any Graduate/ Diploma holder
- Any Specialization)
- Min 35yrs of experience in Administration work,
- Must be a responsible person to handle the Administration work as whole. Should be leader in handling various issues without any supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn with positive attitude.
