Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Good Knowledge Of Contract Law.

2) Understanding Contract Drafting-Review of Agreement, Master Service.
3) Good Command on drafting Agreement-Service Agreement, Purchase/sale Agreement/Vendor agreement/Business agreement.
4) Understanding of MIS Reporting.
5) Assist the team in contract life cycle management.

6) Assist in handling Compliance

  • Labor, HR/Branding/Finance
7) Maintaining the record of the Contract.
8) Research on legal issues.

9) CPCB EPR Compliances


Requirements:

1) BA.LLB/LLB/LLM Currently Enrolled / passed.

3) Having knowledge of International contractual laws and should have good research skills.

4) Good command of the legal english language.

5) Good drafting skills.

6) Must be able to do job at the company office at Indore only.


Job Types:
Part-time, Internship


Salary:
₹4, ₹9,000.00 per month
