JOB DESCRIPTION

Draughtsman

Location:
Powai, Mumbai

Note - Software proficiency: AutoCad and BPMS (Building plan management system)

Key purpose of the job:

The role incumbent will be responsible for drafting of architectural and interiors projects.


Operational deliverables:


  • Modifying architectural drawings of highrise apartments.
  • Proficient in making municipal dwgs and area calculation.
  • Making corrections of layout, general arrangement, drafting & detailing of the building project and area calculation for building project.
  • AutoCAD drafting of complete civil interiors or MEP work, Employee responsibility also includes site survey, draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross
- sections.

  • Resolving drawing related Issues.
  • Brochure plans in photoshop.
  • Diploma from reputed institute
  • Proficient in Auto CAD 2D/3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, sketch up and MS Office
  • Experience in residential / commercial projects in real estate industry for at least 56 years.

Job Types:

₹55, ₹58,000.00 per month
