Description
Required Skill Set
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT system services, focusing on O365 administration or Microsoft platform IT Operation support.
- Knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other services
- Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Office 36
- Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 service issues and work with Microsoft support needed to resolve issues
- Provide technical support to endusers, resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems on desktops and laptops.
- Offer remote support to offsite or remote employees, diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently.
- Enforce security policies and best practices, ensuring that desktops and laptops are protected against malware, viruses, and other security threats.'
- Maintain an accurate inventory of desktop equipment, including tracking and disposal of obsolete hardware.
- Create and update documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to endusers on using IT equipment and software effectively and securely.
User (Onboarding & Offboarding) Account Management.
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, ensuring proper access control and permissions.
Ensuring and adhering to the process of User onboarding and offboarding IT process.
User Support:
Respond to helpdesk requests from end-users, addressing technical issues, questions, and problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure mínimal downtime for users.
Hardware Maintenance:
Perform routine hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting laptops/MacBook, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Ensure that all hardware is in working order and address any issues promptly.
Software Support:
Assist users with software-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving errors.
System Updates:
Schedule and perform updates during non-business hours to minimize disruptions.
Security Monitoring:
Monitor network and system logs for security breaches, unusual activities, and potential threats.
Report security incidents and follow established protocols for addressing them.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Create and update user guides and knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of IT equipment and assets, including procurement, allocation, and disposal of hardware and software licenses in ITSM tool.
Remote Support:
Provide remote assistance to off-site or remote employees, diagnosing and resolving technical problems via phone or remote desktop tools.
