Urgently looking for Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman for our Company
Experience:
Should have a minimum 10 to 12 yrs. as a Personal Secretary/Assistant to MD/CEO Chairman etc.
Diploma:
in Hotel
Job Description for Executive Assistant to Chairman.
- Personal works and followup and coordination
- Manage Chairman"s day to day work.
- Travel with Chairman when required.
- Handle ERP as and when required.
- Any other work assigns by Chairman.
- Experience 10+ years, age 35 years
- Any hotel management background.
Role's Responsibilities:
Answer and screening calls
Make
travel arrangements and Hotel bookings.
Take care of chairman mam day to day requirement
Desired skills-
Proactive
Excellent verbal communication in English
Good people management skills
