Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customer for shipping instructions and loading details.
  • Provide detailed port information to importers or exporters.
  • Place bookings to shipping line portal and send confirmation to the customer.
  • Submit shipping instruction to shipping line and get a BL draft.
  • Checking & filing Checklist
  • Handling MBL draft as per agent requirement.
  • Handling HBL draft as per customer requirement.
  • Provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignees, or insurers.
  • Total backup from submitting shipping instruction until release the BLs.
  • Follow up with shipping line related BLs issues and invoicing.
  • Daily maintaining follow up sheet.
  • Solve internal and External queries.
  • Sending DSR to the customer.
  • Master data/ Record keeping/ Monthly priorities.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as Doceumentation Assitant or exceutive
  • Indepth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Qualifications and Skills Education-Any Graduate
  • Any Specialization
