Site Execution, Coordination with contractors & Vendors, Site Management

Job description:

Monitoring day to day site activities
Preparing regular reports like daily, weekly and monthly progress report
Handling all interior site related activities like Supervise the carpentry, civil, plumbing, electricals, and all work execution of interiors
Problem solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers
Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of interior design aspects
Checking of quality as per specification
Capable of handling multiple projects independently, coordinating with architects, contractors and different agencies to improve and maintain quality and safety as well as on the Interior Project
Labor handling, Documentation work, Site administration work, Measurement, Marking as per final drawing, Coordination for site purpose, Attend meeting with Client,
Contractors bill checking
Handing over site to the client

Role:

Interpret client needs and act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the organization.
Comprehend technical requirements and effectively convey them to others.
Provide constructive leadership to inspire and ensure highquality performance.
Establish project objectives and oversee projects through to completion.
Effectively communicate with clients to address implementation queries.

Profile:

*Getting work completed on time through contractors and laborers, handle stock requirements & Quality Check of Finishing Work
*Coordinate with architects, vendors, internal staff & contractors.
*Daily reporting of targets achieved.
