Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications needed.
Job Role:
A Junior Mentor is a professional who teaches students based on our curriculum guidelines within their specialist
parent communication. They communicate and evaluate needs to ensure every student feels challenged but not
overwhelmed by the material being covered.
Primary responsibilities:
- Teach students in a classroom setting, managing their work output in the online classroom and behavior on
- Develop teaching and learning materials for use in class, including lesson plans, exams and homework,
materials as needed to make them suitable for students' current learning levels.
- Monitor and track student progress and issue grades.
- Maintain relationships with parents and legal guardians of students in order to keep them informed of their
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the management team to improve students' learning
- Collaborate with other teachers in order to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly.
- Ensure that students meet educational standards and school performance goals for their grade level.
