CABIN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:

The Aircraft Support Technician will be responsible for executing the interiors maintenance program. Duties will include identifying, repairing and replacing components primarily pertaining to the interiors of the aircraft. The position will be covering a 12hour operation with a primary responsibility to work the overnight shift. Position will work directly with Lead Technicians to repair cabin interiors.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Inspecting, servicing, testing, repairing, removing and replacing aircraft and cabin components.
  • Perform or assist in the open up /close up, disassembly, cleaning, repair and servicing of aircraft cabin by utilizing appropriate tooling, chemicals and equipment.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately using procedures set forth in the Maintenance Manual (AMM, CMM and IPC).
  • Review and interpret online aircraft manuals (AIRNAV).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity.
  • Ability to work primarily overnight shift.
  • Ability to communication effectively; in both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to frequently crawl, bend, kneel, climb, stoop and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain alert to moving vehicles, aircraft and situational awareness.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in Cabin maintenance on RECARO/ACRO Passenger seats, galleys, aircraft interiors and Laminate replacement.
  • Ability to drive tugs, trucks, tractor and/or other maintenance vehicles.
  • Airframe License.

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on shortnotice.
  • Wellgroomed and able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • When working or traveling on KSA stations.
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the KSA culture, that is, exhibit the KSA values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and Passion.
  • Promote KSA's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting KSA Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards.
  • Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including KSA confidential reporting systems.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (GACAR) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls.
  • Upholding KSA's safety performance metric goals and understanding how they relate to their duties and responsibilities.

Equipment:


  • Computer and other office equipment.
  • Issued reflective safety vest, ear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to use handheld two way radios, headsets and/or phone.

Work Environment:


  • Airport/Workshop Environment
  • Work may be outdoors with seasonal weather
  • Ability to work in elevated areas and confined spaces

Salary:
₹55,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
