Title:
OPT Recruiter

Experience: 1-2 years in domestic recruitment,HR executive or any other recruitment.

Willing to work in night shifts(Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST)

Job Location:
Remote

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high

- paced, changing work environment.

Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services.
Ability to negotiate with experienced consultants who are looking /aspiring for H1 Transfers.
Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.

Preferred Qualification:
Any graduates

Salary: 13k-20k(Depends on previous package and interview performance as well).

Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
