Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Design Architect located in Puducherry.The BIM Design Architect will be responsible for coordinating and implementing BIM technology for architectural design on projects, developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, processes, and workflows.
The BIM Design Architect will work with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to develop BIM models, create construction documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for architectural design projects
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant BIM software
- Good knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows (e.g., COBie, IFC, LOD, BIM360, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English
Pay:
₹25, ₹100,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
