Tender Executive

  • Designation: Tender Executive
  • Qualification: Any
  • Branch: Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics
  • Work Experience: minimum 6 months.
  • Salary: open
  • Gender: both
  • Package: upto 20 K CTC.
  • Analysis of Tender/Auction in which company want to participate.
  • Explain the Tender/Auction terms & Condition and type.
  • Prepare Tender/Auction documents and quotation in tender format.
  • Participation in open Tender/Auction online as well as offline.
  • Participation in Limited Tender/Auction online as well as offline.
  • Vendor registration for Gov. Department and PSUs.
  • Supplier registration for Gov. Department and PSUs.
  • Product approval.
  • Follow up with the department for submitted tenders.
  • Followup for getting PO and payment after successfully tender process.
  • Help in building contacts with the relevant department's officer.
  • Obtaining Digital signature or its attachment on

Pay:
From ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
