Description
Client Servicing:
- Preparing daily visit schedules for gardeners and ensuring efficient client coverage.
- Coordinating effectively with gardeners, providing clear instructions and tracking their progress.
- Communicating proactively with clients, managing processes, addressing any requirements, and keeping them updated on schedule changes.
- Maintaining positive client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinating with clients to schedule onetime maintenance visits through cold calling Including upselling and cross sell of maintenance products & services.
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing recurring invoices in the system.
- Updating client data in Asana software accurately and efficiently.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Communication:
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and gardeners via phone and other channels.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Pay:
Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
