Description

Client Servicing:


  • Preparing daily visit schedules for gardeners and ensuring efficient client coverage.
  • Coordinating effectively with gardeners, providing clear instructions and tracking their progress.
  • Communicating proactively with clients, managing processes, addressing any requirements, and keeping them updated on schedule changes.
  • Maintaining positive client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with clients to schedule onetime maintenance visits through cold calling Including upselling and cross sell of maintenance products & services.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Managing recurring invoices in the system.
  • Updating client data in Asana software accurately and efficiently.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Communication:


  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and gardeners via phone and other channels.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Pay:
Up to ₹240,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
