Position:
Sales and Service Associate

Location:
Parallel Rail Rd, Leelanagar, Ameerpet, Telangana 500016

Salary: 15000 to 25000 per month

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and Installation service of Smart Switches Home Automation Products.

Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Handle returns of merchandise

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Comply with inventory control procedures.

Requirements:

Service associate can install Smart Home Automation Products.
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar
Proficiency in Kannada, English, Hindi

Education:
Any degree

Experience: 0 - 3 years, Freshers are also allowed

Vehicle is Mandatory.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
