Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our BPO services.


Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and expectations.
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs.


Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals, detailing the benefits and features of our BPO services.
Customize proposals to address specific client requirements and concerns.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the international BPO market.
Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams based on market research.


Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their evolving needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.


Negotiation and Closure:
Participate in negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
Ensure all communication is documented and shared with relevant internal stakeholders.


Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance offerings based on client feedback.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in a Pre Sales role, preferably in the international BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
