BCom, Mcom, CA Inter or ICWA.


Job Description:

  • Validation of almost all our invoices that are booked on framework purchase order. Controlling if gross amount, net amount, VAT, and misc. tax receive. are booked correctly in our system.
  • Invoice/Purchase Order/Capital Expenditure Orders creation
  • Vendor reconciliation and invoice reconciliation
  • Mail correspondence with suppliers, Account Payable Team, Finance in general and Public Authorities when applies
  • Support our BA (Controller) : Monthly follow up on Cost Expenditure vs Budget/Forecast, based on Cost report per Real Estate Category
  • Various other adhoc tasks
  • Working knowledge in SAP preferable.
Working : 5 days a week from Office.
