Role & Responsibilities

Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas
Obsessed with details and has a strong eye for alignment and details
Keen to follow the latest design trends in visual, and digital design
Create good quality graphic and video designs
Understand the target audience and objective of the brand
Create & adhere to design guidelines (e.g., iconography, color and palette etc.) across all graphic and video content forms
Brainstorm ideas with the team and pursue good ideas based on data, strategy, and best practices
Ownership of projects assigned
Maintain awareness of current industry standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
Must be receptive to constructive feedback
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various platforms like social media, performance marketing, CRM, etc.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication or any other related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in creating visuals and designs
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe softwares (including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
Super energetic, positive, and a strong appetite for growth
Additional knowledge of video editing is a must
Passion for cars and good understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
