FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING IS MUST

Job responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Sales Managers
Assist & coordinate with the sales team for managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Coordinate with vendors over mails and telephone on regular basis for followups
Coordinate with the Sales team for preparation & submission of sales report and other monthly reports in excel formats.
