Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and generate leads
  • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven
  • Good oral communication skills in English, Kannada and local languages

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our range of safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive products
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records
