Job Description Summary:
Responsible for generating concepts/ideas and highly targeted copy on one or more assigned accounts. May adap to change format, media, and/or the clients'. Works closely with Art Directors on bringing creative ideas to life.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Taking and understanding client/brief requirements from the Account Management team (and sometimes the clients, directly)
Taking internal feedback from team members and incorporating it accordingly
Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with insights and ideas
Collaborating daily with internal teams on regular jobs
Researching on competitor brands and case studies
Writing engaging and crisp Social Media content to garner clicks and drive consumer engagement
Handling and presenting for small to midsize pitches

Role (what your day would look like):

Aligning on the job list for the day every morning
Developing content bank from conceptualization to content stages to writing multiple Social Media posts to creating presentations
Participating in ad hoc briefing and brainstorming sessions
Assisting the senior managers in big pitches with ideas and copy
Working as FPR on multiple brands

Must required skills:

A spirited team player, open to learning
A proactive thinker with bigticket digital ideas
Creating PowerPoint decks
