Handle inbound calls:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing subscriber queries, concerns, and
technical issues in a courteous and effective manner.

Handle outbound calls:


  • Initiate outbound calls to existing subscribers to remind them of upcoming renewals, ensuring a
seamless renewal process.

  • Proactively contact potential subscribers to introduce our services, highlighting the benefits and
features.

  • Encourage users to subscribe to our services and tailor pitches to suit individual needs.

Demo calls and new subscriber welcome:


  • Extend warm welcomes to new subscribers, offering a positive onboarding experience.
  • Conduct realtime demos during support calls to help users navigate complex features and functions.

Data Management:


  • Accurately enter subscribers information into the system.
  • Maintain data privacy and security.
  • Regularly update subscribers records as needed.
  • Backup and secure data to prevent data loss.

Script and Communication:


  • Use the approved call script for consistency.
  • Be polite, empathetic, and patient with callers.
  • Provide clear and accurate information.
  • Updation of script based on inputs from Call Centre Executive, Team Lead and others.

Sales and promotion:


  • Promote subscription plans and special offers during interactions with potential and existing
subscribers through Whatsapp API.

  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to encourage subscription upgrades.

7.


Documentation and records:


  • Maintain thorough records of all Call Center activities, including call logs, customer interactions,
evaluations, and training records.


8.


Feedback collection:


  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
  • Report recurring issues and suggestions to higher management.

Salary:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
