We are looking for a Customer Delight Specialist to join our customer care team and help us achieve this goal.


Job Summary:

As a Customer Delight Specialist at Dabble, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience.

You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your ability to provide guidance and training to new hires will be pivotal in achieving our mission of exceeding customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

In cases where the issue is beyond your capacity to handle, escalate it to the appropriate department or manager for a swift resolution.


Collaboration:
Collaborate for optimal solutions to customer concerns and problems. Share common issues and suggestions for improvement with management as needed.


Feedback Collection:

Actively seek and collect customer feedback and insights, sharing this valuable information with internal teams to contribute to continuous improvement in our products and services.


Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest products and services offered by Dabble and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their features and benefits


Confidentiality:
Respect and maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and company practices.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Job Types:
Internship, Full-time

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹7, ₹8,000.00 per month
