Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Followup on leads and maintain an organized call log.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
