Role and Responsibility of CS Intern

  • Basic understanding of Companies act 2013 and FEMA
  • Able to follow defined processes.
  • Understands personal development areas and is driven to bridge gaps
  • Able to work under direct supervision
  • Assist supervisors in providing company secretarial services to a range of nonlisted client companies.
  • Sound Knowledge of Company law, GST Laws other Tax Registrations
  • Interest in Intellectual Property law
  • Good Communication drafting skills
  • Willingness to Learn Take initiative beyond routine responsibility.
  • Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines
  • Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes, and systems used.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to quickly learn are a must.

Salary:
₹10,000.00 per month
