We are looking for a
Telecaller to be responsible for contacting potential customers telephonically and informing them of our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential clients telephonically.

Receive and make calls to Indiamart, Justdial and Tradeindia leads:


  • Following up on potential clients:

Following up on clients post sales:

  • Skillfully and correctly pitching the company's products and services.
  • Provide any information that the client requests.
  • Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.

Requirements:


  • A high school qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Professional tone.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Salary:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata,

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
