eTutorWorld is a leading EdTech company providing world-class online tutoring and academic content for K-12 and Test Prep for the global market, especially USA.

This is a remote position.

Outbound follow up calls for inquiries received (no cold calling)
Proactively initiate chat with website visitors
Take short demo sessions for new students and parents
Assist and advise students and parents in buying eTutorWorld learning packages
Assist students in session joining, scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation
Coordinate with tutors for sessions scheduled or cancelled at short notice
Coordinate with technical support team if any issues faced by students or tutors
Compliance with service level standards, and maintaining accurate call records
Update LMS and CRM system information as per student and tutor discussions

Requirements:

Must be a graduate in any discipline
Minimum two years of experience in online sales and customer service
Exposure to international customers
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to understand and engage with customers, respond quickly and appropriately
