This is a remote position.


  • Outbound follow up calls for inquiries received (no cold calling)
  • Proactively initiate chat with website visitors
  • Take short demo sessions for new students and parents
  • Assist and advise students and parents in buying eTutorWorld learning packages
  • Assist students in session joining, scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation
  • Coordinate with tutors for sessions scheduled or cancelled at short notice
  • Coordinate with technical support team if any issues faced by students or tutors
  • Compliance with service level standards, and maintaining accurate call records
  • Update LMS and CRM system information as per student and tutor discussions

Requirements:


  • Must be a graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum two years of experience in online sales and customer service
  • Exposure to international customers
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to understand and engage with customers, respond quickly and appropriately
