Role Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management:
Ensuring regular and timely delivery of value; in line with the overall programme roadmap; organize and lead projects status and working meetings; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects


Team Management:

Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.


Product Owner Support:

Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.


Process Management & Improvement:

Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.


Team Building:

Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team members is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.


Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters._ _

Qualifications

  • Should have more than 8+ years of experience.
  • Solid background in Scrum Master
  • Experience working with Product Owner
  • Experience in Jira and Confluence tool
  • Good in communicating with different Stakeholders
  • Should be excellent in Project delivery, Project Planning, Risk Management and Team Management.
