Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script or talking points.
Explain products or services to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.
Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
Set appointments or followup calls for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of sales scripts and processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport quickly.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
