Job Title:
Cutting Supervisor (Kidswear)


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cutting Supervisor to join our team in the apparel industry.

As a Cutting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the cutting process in the production of garments, ensuring high-quality products are produced on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate all cutting activities in the production of garments.
  • Manage and supervise cutting personnel, including assigning work, training, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure that cutting machinery is maintained and repaired as needed, and that proper safety procedures are followed.
  • Review cutting specifications and adjust cutting processes as needed to ensure that production goals are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as design, production, and quality control, to ensure that cutting processes align with the overall production plan.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cutting supplies and materials and coordinate the ordering and delivery of these items.
  • Create and maintain cutting records and reports, including production data, inventory levels, and personnel performance.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in cutting and apparel production.
  • Proven experience in managing cutting personnel and machinery.
  • Excellent knowledge of cutting techniques, tools, and materials used in apparel production.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to apparel production.
