About us
Embassy Academy is planned to be a progressive K-12 co-education day-school offering the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Curriculum to students of the age group 3-18 years, at Embassy Springs, Bangalore's biggest and best-planned township in the North of Bangalore.
The sprawling 5.30-acre school campus will be a centre of excellence with facilities for quality academics, outdoor sports, and dining facilities.
The Academic Blocks will include state-of-the-art facilities for smart classrooms, activity halls, modern science labs, library, music, arts and dance studio, Math Lab, Robotics Lab, Maker's Space, amongst other facilities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sound knowledge of admissions and marketing principles and strategies
- Good knowledge of MS Office software suite
- Ability to lead the team and achieve the targets, take the initiative and plan the tasks
- Flexibility with time to work extra hours whenever required
- Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Kannada language
- Essential awareness of branding, marketing and admission budget, planning and related areas of work
- Ability to work in teams, manage teams and manage crisis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Admission Officer is responsible for admissions and marketing as delegated by the Principal/Administrator
Admissions - Plan and manage the end to end admission process
- Design, implement and coordinate the process of lead generation to conversion for various grade levels.
- Ensure effective management of enquiries, campus visits and the overall admissions process for improved conversion ratio
- Suggest Fee structure to the management and admission policies and procedures in line with government norms and competitive scenarios.
- Counselling the students and parents
- Conduct onetoone admission sessions
- Tele calling to generate the leads
- To prepare the MIS and generate leads
- To resolve the rebuttals of customers
- Persuading the parents to conversion
- Management of the lead database and CRM.
- Manage the database and documentation of students.
- Create SOP's, Policies and other process related content and document.
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly reports and as when requested by management.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Flexibility to work in other roles as required for the development and expansion of the School or as suggested by the Principal.
- Flexibility to travel to other places as and when required by the School.
