Key Responsibilities:


Team Management:

  • Train, and motivate store supervisor/staffs
  • Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to HO.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure all customers receive excellent service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback promptly and
professionally.

  • Train supervisor/staffs on effective customer service techniques.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with HO for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and
effectively showcase products.

  • Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Regularly refresh displays to highlight new arrivals and promotions.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee daytoday operations, including opening and closing
procedures.

  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in
transactions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement safety measures to protect staff and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear industry.
  • Experience using any retail billing software
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of footwear brands, styles, and trends.

Education:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field may be
preferred.


Working Conditions:

  • The role involves standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of
heavy boxes.

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be
required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
