Job Title:
Customer Success Executive


Job Summary:

The Customer Success Executive is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of the company's customers by managing their relationships and providing support and guidance.

This individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify any issues or concerns, and develop strategies to retain and grow their business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Onboard new customers, providing training and support to ensure they are able to fully utilize the company's products or services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Work closely with other teams within the company, including sales and product development, to ensure that customers' needs are being met
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling, and develop and implement strategies to increase customers' lifetime value
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop and implement strategies to improve them
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform the development of new products or services
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of the company's products or services and the industry in which it operates
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant software.

  • Indiranagar,, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelors (preferred)

Experience:
