Project Coordinator - Satara, India - Enggmech engineers
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with school, local Trust and collect the data of Girl child for the purpose of Foundation.
- Design, develop, and implement social programs in alignment with the trust objectives and target beneficiaries.
- Coordinate program activities, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members, local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct community needs assessments and facilitate participatory approaches to identify priorities and solutions.
- Provide direct assistance and support to individuals and families in need, including counselling, advocacy, and referrals to relevant resources.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and capacitybuilding activities for staff, volunteers, and community members.
- Empower individuals and groups by enhancing their skills, knowledge, and selfreliance to address social challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and professional associations to promote continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Conduct policy analysis, research, and documentation to support evidencebased advocacy initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to program activities, expenditures, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and funding guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
Job Specification:
Educational Qualification
Must have degree in MSW.
Work Experience
l Minimum 4 years of Experience in the same domain.
l Min 4-5 years of experience must be social welfare.
l Must have 1-2 experience in NGO / trust working for child
l Ready to travel in entire District for minimum 3-5 days in week.
l Age Min 25 to max 30 Yr
l Must travel to Mumbai ( head office ) twice in a month if required.
l Coordinate and facilitate various activities and projects within the trust.
l Communicate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of programs and projects.
l Assist in the planning, development, and execution of fundraising activities.
l Manage communication channels including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
l Support in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
l Assist in organizing events, meetings, and workshops.
l Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
l Maintain records and databases related to the trust activities.
l Stay updated on relevant trends, policies, and developments in the trust sector.
