**Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 1.

Product Knowledge**:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.

Inside Sales:


  • Engage with potential customers through phone calls.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and move them towards conversion.
  • Close sales deals over the phone.

3.


Vendor Onboarding:


  • Guide vendors through the necessary documentation and registration procedures.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for vendors.

4.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from both existing and potential users.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

5.


Sales Reporting:


  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to management on performance metrics.

6.


Target Achievement:


  • Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and tele sales.
  • Monitor progress towards targets and take corrective actions if necessary.
  • Contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Ensure that all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.

8.


Timely Follow-Up:


  • Implement a systematic followup process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
