We are looking for a proactive telecaller to drive sales by contacting current and potential clients. The telecaller will need to gather individuals' information and find data on more members of the target audience. Taking notes during conversations is key to help our team with follow-ups.
To excel as a telecaller, you should be able to persuade even the most challenging individuals to buy our products. A standout telecaller will propose using clients' feedback to enhance our services.
Responsibilities of a Telecaller:
- Understanding all product details and staying updated on any changes.
- Collecting and maintaining lists of contacts.
- Contacting current and potential clients to promote sales.
- Addressing client inquiries, issues, and suggestions promptly.
- Documenting important details from each call.
- Communicating confirmed sales to our sales team for closure.
- Keeping a log of successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss progress and expectations.
- Conducting all tasks professionally and respectfully, regardless of the clients' demeanor.
Salary: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) - preferred
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year - preferred
