- Maths Teacher
- Physics Teacher
- Biology Teacher
- Chemistry Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver highquality instructional materials in accordance with the curriculum standards.
- Plan and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
- Establish clear learning objectives and communicate expectations to students and parents.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop and enhance the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or license (if required by state or local regulations).
- Proven experience as a teacher, preferably in a coaching center or tutoring setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools for instructional delivery.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Salary:
₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
