Description
KGS employs Customer Service associate in location (Noida sector-62) who will be supporting our students in two languages (Hindi/English).
We need associates who are bright, articulate, and detail-oriented with a genuine desire to find solutions to student problems.

They play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to KGS students, helping solve problems such as:
payment issues, course related queries and general issues.


Specific Agent for E-mail or chat support.

1.Fluent with English and Hindi.


2.At least 6 months experience as CSA.


3.Good communication skills.


4.E-mail Ethics are must.


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
