GoMechanic is Hiring For Service Advisor

Location - Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and arranging appointment with the customers/clients
  • Reception and Job Order creation
  • Coordinate between the customer & garage
  • Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages
  • Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
  • Vehicle on time delivery and billing to customer
  • Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition
- planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction

  • Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
  • Process implementation for cost control
  • 05 years of experience in after sales service
  • Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
  • Good communication skills Knowledge of Automobile Service Industry
  • Experience of handling at least 3035 cars at one time
  • Freshers from Automobile sector are welcome.

Salary:
From ₹19,000.00 per month
