Responsibilities:
- Courteously attend to and aid customers over the phone.
- Discern potential clients and cultivate leads for formwork products.
- Address customer queries adeptly, delivering exceptional service.
- Evaluate customer requirements and offer product insight and assistance.
- Foster and uphold robust client associations.
- Execute product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Impart information on product features, benefits, and advantages.
- Contribute to team sales targets and strategize for attainment.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
- Monitor and compile routine sales reports.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure customer contentment and punctual product delivery.
Skills:
- Documented experience as a Sales executive or in a comparable capacity.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
- Skill in forging enduring client relationships.
- Profound negotiation and dealclosure aptitude.
- Innate selfmotivation and unwavering work ethic.
- Capacity to work autonomously and within a collaborative framework.
- Preference for familiarity with formwork products and the construction sector.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a correlated field, preferably.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.
