Responsibilities:


  • Courteously attend to and aid customers over the phone.
  • Discern potential clients and cultivate leads for formwork products.
  • Address customer queries adeptly, delivering exceptional service.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and offer product insight and assistance.
  • Foster and uphold robust client associations.
  • Execute product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
  • Impart information on product features, benefits, and advantages.
  • Contribute to team sales targets and strategize for attainment.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Monitor and compile routine sales reports.
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure customer contentment and punctual product delivery.

Skills:


  • Documented experience as a Sales executive or in a comparable capacity.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
  • Skill in forging enduring client relationships.
  • Profound negotiation and dealclosure aptitude.
  • Innate selfmotivation and unwavering work ethic.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and within a collaborative framework.
  • Preference for familiarity with formwork products and the construction sector.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a correlated field, preferably.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.
