Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing business development strategies and plans to achieve organisational growth objectives
Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners
Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and pitch proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Negotiating and closing business deals, contracts, and agreements
Monitoring and evaluating the success of business development initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed
Providing timely and accurate reports and updates on business development activities and performance
Keeping uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify and evaluate potential leads.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using online research tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills to manage a large volume of leads.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is preferred.

Previous experience in lead generation, marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
₹3, ₹5,000.00 per month
