The purpose of the PMO Analyst role is to support a variety of PMO activities across projects and programmes.Job title:
PMO COORDINATOR
Implement guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands-on delivery support to a programme or project Track or monitor cross project dependencies on behalf of the project or programme manager Assist the project/programme manager in the preparation of status or highlight reports Establish risk, issue and change control templates and assist in their delivery, supporting the project or programme manager in keeping them up to date in a timely way Facilitate the quality review process for projects and programmes Provide a co-ordination/administration service to a programme or project, which may include arranging meetings, taking actions in meetings, facilitating document sign off, obtaining status updates for risks, issues and dependencies and assisting in compiling regular and ad hoc reporting both internal and client facing.
