Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with users, clients, and other technology teams to address issues and propose programming solutions for customer-facing systems
  • Mentor new or junior analysts
  • Recognize problems, assess data, and provide recommendations for effective solutions
  • Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate independent decision-making
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in Java and Spring
  • Intermediate expertise in webservices and microservices architecture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines or requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
