**Job Role:
- *
  • Responsible for managing the Travel Desk for the organization.
  • Taking requirements from business related to travel and servicing them within the agreed timelines
  • Coordinating with travel partners to ensure ontime booking of flights, cars and hotels within stipulated budgets
  • Ensure partner invoices are correctly raised and cleared with the Finance team within agreed timelines
  • Responding to employee's travel related queries.
  • Should be a Graduate.
  • Good communication, verbal and written.
  • Preferably 12 years of experience in Travel desk.
