Coaching & Feedback Technique: Use your expertise in closing Feedback with advisors by using different techniques of feedback i.e. Sandwich Feedback etc
-
Refresher Sessions:Refresher session to be performed on the Opportunity areas found in audits with Bottom advisors under conversion, Verified Revenue & LDR.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all aligned tasks
-
Call Listening Activity:Should be responsible for Conducting Call Listening session with advisors, showcasing opportunity areas, Key Implementation for improvement & skills to be used for sales improvement
-
Bottom Quartile Management:Trainer will be responsible for BQ Improvement for their respective span and will meet process requirements

Data Analytics: Should be able to analyse and able to showcase the gaps and improvement in session by using MS Excel (must)

Content Creation:Should be able to create training content using latest learning methods


Knowledge & Skills:


  • Should be Graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience sales training and coaching with domestic BPO/Call center
  • Possess a strong skill for convincing customer, process knowledge & Logical skills.
  • Observations Skills, Sales Skills, Enthusiastic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have good delivery technique of content explanation, Team management skills
  • Data Analysis

Pay:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
