"Service Desk Representative" for
Bangalore Location.

JD:


Service delivery:


  • Resolve/escalate issues related to the servers, networks, and telecommunications by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring
  • Provide network assistance by working in close contact with the vendors
  • Diagnose issues with routers, switches, and wireless uplinks; document and escalate issues
  • Respond to network alarms; take appropriate action to classify, prioritize and resolve network and system issues
  • Maintain and comply with standard company technical and administrative procedures
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of computer systems
  • Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network errors
  • Track and document network issues and compile incident reports
  • Maintain consistent communication with the vendors and the team to ensure they remain updated on any issues
  • Respond to user requests and provide network training
  • Support routine backup and system restoration activities.

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Experience 3-6 yrs. Certification (Desired) Cisco Career Certificate, MCTS, MCIPT, Microsoft SQL Certificate, CISSP.


Functional Skills:


  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Strong understanding of ITSM tools like Sapphire and ServiceNow
  • Ability to liaise and communicate confidently and professionally with resources at all levels
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
